Kristen Antoni
Meet Kristen Antoni, the proud owner of Main Street Cutters, helping the salon grow and continue to succeed since her takeover from the original owner in 2012. Kristen started at the salon as a junior in high school as an assistant in 2002 while she attended cosmetology school and worked under her mentor. She studied entrepreneurship at Hofstra University and her love of both business and the beauty industry helped her land where she is today with many hours behind the chair as well as dedicating time to the growth of the salon and the success of the stylists who thrive here. Aside from the business, Kristen has a young son and daughter, and her husband is a proud member of FDNY. She loves spending time with her close knit family and friends.
Krystal Bicknell
Meet Krystal Bicknell, a seasoned professional with a knack for creating personalized hair designs. With a wealth of experience accumulated over 18 years, Krystal has an eye for identifying the perfect cut, color, or style to enhance their clients’ natural beauty. She is a versatile stylist who excels in both classic and contemporary techniques, making them a go-to choice for clients seeking a fresh and modern look. Krystal excels in cuts, coloring, make up, hair extensions and formal styling. With a warm and friendly demeanor, she creates a welcoming, fun atmosphere for clients to relax and enjoy their salon experience. When she is not at work she is a mother to her two beautiful children and loves spending time with her large extended family.
Barbara DeNome
Barbara DeNome is a well established hairstylist who has been with Main Street Cutters since 2000. With a career of over 40 years in the salon industry she is knowledgeable and experienced. Barbara is well versed in all hair services, and specializes in layered cuts, color and perms. Being a foundational member of the salon, she has helped mentor and counsel the other stylists- both new and experienced- in our MSC family. When she is not at work she is busy with her children and grandchildren.
Nerissa Estrada
With more then 6 years at Main Street Cutters, Nerissa Estrada is known for her skill with all hair services including highlighting, color correction and cuts. In addition to her proficiency in hair services, Nerissa is well versed in keratin treatments and our in-house favorite texture treatment, Hair Plastic Surgery. Further showing her versatility, Nerissa also specializes in lash lift and tints. With meticulous attention to detail for all the services she provides Nerissa has established long lasting client relationships and continues earning their trust and loyalty. Her funny and charismatic personality make every appointment with her an enjoyable experience. She is a family oriented mother of 2 girls who is very involved in her children’s activities, and can be found coaching their teams, or taking care of an enormous amount of pets at home.
Jackie McKnight
Meet Jackie McKnight, a seasoned professional with a knack for creating personalized hair solutions, as well as nail solutions for her clientele for 30 years. Jackies tenure at Main Street Cutters started in the early 1990s as an assistant to the original owner, and in 2001 Jackie returned to the salon as both a hair dresser and esteemed nail technician. She is one of the longest running team members, and is a valued mentor to the entire Main Street Cutters family. Her versatile skill set, coupled with her creativity and warm, friendly demeanor has allowed for client relationships to flourish for literally decades. Whether it’s a brand new customer interested in the newest nail or hair designs, or a long time client, each guest in her chair is met with her full attention to detail and dedication to quality work. She spends time outside of work with her husband and family, and her beloved cats.
Jennifer Nolan
Say hello to Jen Nolan, a true artist with an innate talent for hair. With an impressive 17 year tenure at our salon, Jen brings decades of expertise and creativity to the table. Her personality and ability to connect with clients on a personal level make every appointment a delightful experience. Known for her exceptional precision cuts and flawless color applications, Jen is always up to date with the latest trends and techniques. She approaches each client as a blank canvas, taking the time to understand their desires and tailor a look that truly captures their unique style and personality. Aside from cutting and coloring, she is exceptionally skilled in bridal and formal styling. Jen is a meticulous person who gives attention to detail in every area of life, including her home life with her two young boys.
Ricci Parisi
Ricci Parisi is a foundational member of the team at Main Street Cutters. She started just in 2020 but blended into the salon family immediately. Ricci started right after completing cosmetology school as the front desk manager overseeing responsibilities like inventory and ordering, ensuring seamless scheduling and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. In addition Ricci has expanded her role and now serves as hair stylist providing exceptional services including color and master color formulation, cuts, lash extensions and waxing. Ricci has a passion for hair and dedication to honing her craft. Her ability to provide an exceptional salon experience, whether behind the desk or behind the chair, makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
Sophia Pena
Meet Sophia Pena, a fresh talent bursting with creativity and a thirst for knowledge. While relatively new to the salon, Sophia possesses a natural eye for beauty and a genuine enthusiasm for hairstyling. Her commitment to learning and mastering the art of hair has allowed her to quickly develop her skills and establish a unique style all her own. Sophia enjoys exploring innovative color techniques and creating customized looks that bring out each client’s personality. With a friendly and approachable demeanor, she strives to create a welcoming atmosphere where clients can feel comfortable in their experience. Aside from hair services, she also offers lash lift and tint and waxing services. She spends her free time with friends and family, while honing her ever growing experience with continuing education.
Eileen Reale
Meet Eileen Reale, our friendly and welcoming receptionist who serves as the first point of contact for our valued clients. With a warm and inviting smile Eileen creates a positive and inviting atmosphere for everyone who enters our salon. Her exceptional customer service skills ensure a seamless flow of operations. Eileen will be there for any questions, appointment needs, and also to offer a cup of coffee or glass of wine. She sets the tone for an amazing salon experience right from the moment you walk in the door. Eileen has 2 granddaughters and a grandson and enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren and with her plant babies.
Samantha Van Houten
With well over 10 years of experience in the industry and with Main Street Cutters exclusively, Samantha Van Houten is a true master of her craft. Her passion for hair styling is evident in every client interaction. Specializing in custom color, as well as vivid and fashion colors, Samantha has honed her skills to create stunning transformations. She has an intuitive sense of style, ensuring that each client’s personality and preferences shine through their hair. She also specializes in hair extensions. Outside of the salon her and her husband own another amazing Cornwall small business, Fiddlestix, and loves spending time with her young son and daughter.
Jaimie White
Jaimie White is a rising star here at Main Street Cutters. At 20 years old she has already been with the salon for 5 years, starting as an assistant and after receiving her cosmetology license right out of Cornwall High School she has been growing her clientele as a hair dresser for 2 years. Jaimie has a passion for special occasion hair and make up, lived-in blonding, custom colors and hair extensions. She also specializes in eye brow lamination. She describes her mission as making people feel beautiful, while also feeling like themselves. She can be found outside of work volunteering for organizations like Girls on the Run, spending time with her family and friends, and taking care of her cat Willow.
